At a young age, First Lady Tracy Nutall knew that one day she would have a successful career as a lawyer. Born in Weldon, NC, to Carolyn (Pearson) Brinkley and the late Thomas Brinkley, Jr., First Lady Nutall's family moved to Washington, DC in 1974, later relocating to Glenarden, MD.

First Lady Nutall graduated from Bowie State University, receiving a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management and went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Howard University’s School of Law.

NBBC welcomed First Lady Nutall as a new member in 1994. During her time at NBBC the First Lady has served as a member of the Young Adult Ministry, Board of Trustees and Voices of Praise. She now devotes her time and gifts to the Women’s Ministry.

Tracy considers God’s greatest gift to be that of her husband and best friend, Dexter Udell Nutall. Furthermore, she is grateful to God to have been blessed with two beautiful daughters, Chandler Renée and Jaida McKenzie.

When asked, "How do you stay Rooted in Christ?" First Lady responded, "Through fervent prayer and by mediating on God's word on a daily basis."

When asked, "How do you plan to continue to Grow in the Community?" She responded in saying, "By continuing to put God first in all that I do and by maintaining relationships with people both inside and outside of the church."
